Our Design Process

Phase 1- Sketching and Consultation - Preview

The best way to start any project is with a solid plan. Here at Last 7 Studios, we believe that a quality product emerges through brilliant ideas of the client, the imagination of the creative, and the expertise of the development team. We begin each project by consulting with each client on such things as content, colors, navigation, images, target audience and purpose. Just to name a few. This is an essential facet in what we do. Our main goal is to give each client not only a product that looks great, but one that delivers the desired outcome.

Phase 2- First Digital Preview - Preview

The first step in building anything would be building the framework. The same is true for websites. After we gather information from the client during the consultation phase, we build the framework for the site without images or content. Then the client can review how the site will be laid out and navigate. This is a proactive approach to reduce functional issues going forward and greatly reduces site build time. After the client approves the framework and navigation we move on to phase 3.

Phase 3- Information and Image Gathering - Preview

Once the framework is completed then we add images and content to the site. This is a joint effort between the client and us. For search engine optimization, we will provide key words to be used in the website, but it is up to the client on how to use them to get the desired outcome for their website. The client can provide their own artwork and images if desired, or we can provide and or create them for the client.

Phase 4- Online Testing phase - Preview

Once we have all the information and images added to the website, it’s time to test the website. We upload the website to a secure server and check everything from navigation to spelling and grammar. Phase 5- Launch- Preview

This is the big day. This is the day that you have been dreaming of. Your new website, that you helped create, is uploaded for the public to see. We can even print flyers and help you set up advertisements so that your customers know that your new website is up and running.

Phase 6- Maintenance - Preview

Once the website is up and running, we track everything from the number of hits to the website to where geographically people are visiting from.
