Microsoft Outlook Express

  1. Go to the Tools menu > select Account Settings.
  2. Click the Add Account button.
  3. Choose the Email Account radio button. Click Next.
  4. Fill in your name as you would like it to appear (e.g., John Doe).
  5. Fill in your email address (e.g., John@yourdomain.com).
  6. Choose the POP radio button.(POP3 and IMAP are supported. If you are unsure of which selection to pick, choose POP3 as it is most widely used.)
  7. The Incoming Server name is: mail.yourdomain.com. Click Next.
  8. Incoming username is your NetID (e.g., John). Click Next.
  9. Enter a name for your account (e.g. John@yourdomain.com). Click Next.
  10. Click Finish.
  11. Go to the Tools menu > select Account Settings.
  12. On the left side, under the account you just created, select Server Settings.
  13. On the right side of the dialog, be sure that Use Secure Connection (SSL) is CHECKED.
